Artists303 is a professional West Country group formed in 1965 by artists living and working in towns and villages near the A303.
The strength of Artists303 lies in its diverse disciplines of painting, printmaking and sculpture. Images produced by this contemporary and vibrant group of artists are both imaginative and energetic, and have broad appeal.
This blend of work makes for exciting exhibitions and generates great interest because the subjects presented range from abstract to ﬁgurative. Artists303 presents at least two self-curated exhibitions a year.
Members include; Cath Bloomfield, Brian Dix, Ann Fagan, Beryl Fraenkel, Judy Hall, David Hinchliffe, Swan Lennard-Payne, Sandra Meech, Pauline Pearce, Myrtle Pizzey, Vera Sheaf, Jean Stevens and Carmen Veliz.
